      3. Our Customer Services Contact Centre is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, on a Wednesday 9.30am to 5pm and on a Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm. The Contact Centre deals with calls for all of the Councils services including Benefits, Pest Control, Planning and Waste and Recycling

      2. There are three Community Help Points across the district that operate an appointment system for new benefit claims. Most enquiries can be dealt with by email, please fill out the form above before making the journey to our Community Help Points as it may be a wasted journey.

        Bexhill Community Help Point is open from 8.30am - 5pm Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs. Fri 8.30am - 4.30pm

        Battle Community Help Point is open from 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday. Wed 10.00am - 4.30pm

        Rye Community Help Point is open from 10 am to 5pm Mon, Tues, Thurs and 10am to 4.30pm Friday.
