The Customer Help Point in Battle will be closed until further notice due to flood damage. In order to continue to provide a service to Battle and the surrounding areas, we will have a pop-up help point located in the Battle Library on Friday's from 10am until 4.00pm. During this time, residents can provide information, pick forms up and get advice as normal.


Residents can also collect pink recycling sacks from Battle Library (Open Tuesday to Saturday) and can also collect these from the Almonry in Battle (Open every day from 9am until 2pm).

      3. Our Customer Services Contact Centre is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, on a Wednesday 9.30am to 5pm and on a Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm. The Contact Centre deals with calls for all of the Councils services including Benefits, Pest Control, Planning and Waste and Recycling

        Bexhill Community Help Point is open from 8.30am - 5pm Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs. Fri 8.30am - 4.30pm

        Battle Community Help Point is open from 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday. Wed 10.00am - 4.30pm

        Rye Community Help Point is open from 10 am to 5pm Mon, Tues, Thurs and 10am to 4.30pm Friday.
