Annual Canvass 2024

The Electoral Registration Officer has a duty to maintain an electoral register for the area and to conduct an annual canvass of all residential properties. The Annual Canvass is an exercise typically undertaken between July and December each year, with the 2024 Canvass beginning this week (September 2024).

The Electoral Registration Officer will arrange for registered voters to be contacted in due course via either Email or Post. Please carefully read any communications and respond if required.

Emails sent regarding the 2024 Annual Canvass will be sent from canvass@rother.gov.uk & if a response is required, will provide a 2-part code to be entered on the following website www.householdresponse.com/rother. Any emails sent will be styled as follows:
