We are currently inviting existing Garden Waste Subscribers to renew for the 2024/25 Subscription Period, which will cover service from 15th July 2024 until 14th July 2025. The current subscription cost is £81 for the first bin & £66 for each additional bin (up to a maximum of 3 bins per household).
Existing subscribers who usually pay for their service via Direct Debit will have their payments taken on 3rd June 2024. The only payment methods currently accepted for this service are Credit/Debit Card & Direct Debit.

Your 8-digit Garden Waste Reference Number (beginning with a 9) will be available on all renewal communications which will be sent to the registered subscriber. You can also check this online, by clicking the button below.
Should you wish to change the number of bins registered to your subscription (or to cancel entirely), please view the “Make a change” section listed below.

Make a change
Reduce the number of bin(s)
To request a reduction in the number of bins, please submit a Request to Reduce Number of Bins form by clicking the button below.
Please Note: You will only receive confirmation of this change if the change would result in an amendment to an upcoming (scheduled) payment.
Increase the number of bin(s)
To request an increase in the number of bins at your property, please complete our Order Additional Bins form by clicking the button below. Please be aware that an increase can only be requested online once your account is fully paid.
Cancel the service
Should you wish to cancel the Garden Waste Service, please complete our online Do Not Renew webform by clicking the button below. If you are signed up to pay the service via Direct Debit, you may wish to contact your bank/building society to cancel the Direct Debit Instruction.
